WORLDWIDE ASSOCIATION OF MARKETING AGENCIES TO ANNOUNCE THE NOMINEES FOR THE 2009 “BEST IN THE WORLD” PROMOTIONAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN

NEW YORK CITY (October 5, 2009) – The Marketing Agencies Association Worldwide, the only global trade association for promotional marketing executives, is proud to announce the three nominees for the 2009 “Best in the World” Promotion Marketing Campaign as part of the MAA Worldwide GLOBES Recognition Program.

The Globes Awards recognize campaigns that must have already won top honors in Sanctioned Partner Award Programs that are run in 26 Countries for excellence in promotional marketing. A coveted GLOBE will be awarded to the campaign receiving the highest marks from the international panel of judges in each of 16 qualifying categories.

Each year, the top three campaigns from across all categories compete for the coveted “Best in the World” Promotional Marketing Campaign title. The winning campaign will be revealed at the 23rd Annual GLOBES Awards Ceremonies in Boston, on October 20, 2008 at the Langham Hotel.
