MAA WORLDWIDE’S 31st ANNUAL FALL CONFERENCE TO FOCUS ON EMERGING GLOBAL MARKETING TRENDS

CHICAGO, IL -- (September 26, 2005) Ms. Shireen Moore, President of the Marketing Agencies Association (MAA) Worldwide and Executive VP of Chicago-based 141 Worldwide, is inviting marketing agency CEOs, principals and partners here Oct. 23-26 for the MAA’s annual fall summit being held at the Sofitel Hotel Water Tower. The theme of this year’s meeting is: Brain Spa 2005 - Challenge Your Mind & Refresh Your Soul.

Brain Spa 2005 comprises two days of cerebral stimulation, with sessions conducted by a cadre of business leaders at the top of their international game. Participants will be treated to a super-charged series of discussions designed to bring them up to speed on emerging global marketing trends- as well as to discuss what matters to client companies around the world.

Don Peppers, Founding Partner of Peppers & Rogers Group, will serve as the keynote speaker. Mr. Peppers is an international best-selling author and one of the world’s leading authorities on customer-focused relationship management strategies for business. According to the UK’s premier marketing organization The Chartered Institute for Marketing, Mr. Peppers is among its 50 Most Influential Thinkers in Marketing and Business today.

Other speakers include Mr. Chris Baréz-Brown, Partner of What If! -- a global innovation company; Mr. Fredrick G. Harmon, Founder of Synthesis Consulting, whose clients are Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing entrepreneurial companies interested in preparing for - and profiting from -- opportunities in climates of accelerating change; Jim Okamura, Senior Partner of Chicago-based J.C. Williams Group, a consulting company that focuses on strategic planning, branding, consumer behavior and multi-channel projects; and Mr. Eloy J. Trevino, Founder and Senior Manager of Accenture Marketing Sciences. Mr. Trevino leads overall marketing strategy development for AMS’ global clients.

The meeting is free to MAA members and $1,300 for non-MAA members. The registration fee includes one ticket to the MAA’s Annual GLOBES Gala being held Oct. 24, where winners of the world’s most outstanding marketing campaigns will be recognized.
